What brought you to Cornerstone Diagnostics, and how long have you been here?
I have been with Cornerstone Diagnostics since June of 2022. I was drawn here by the fact that Cornerstone Diagnostics actually had their lab located here in Jamestown, KY. This allows me as a sales person to know that the services I am selling will be available to help meet the needs of many different types of entities in this geographically located location quickly.
What is your current role and what does a work day look like for you?
As a Clinical Sales Executive my day consists of managing client relationships and assisting them to the best of my ability.
How does the work you do benefit providers and patients?
I think first impressions are incredibly important to building strong foundational relationships. I strive to make those first impressions with all staff and prescribers involved in the day to day decisions and operations of their clinics or facilities. I have the proper training and knowledge to assist physicians, nurses, and clinic supervisors to aid them with sound decision making that will benefit their clients and patients.
Is there anything about your role that people might find surprising or unexpected?
I am often more involved in assisting with various day to day tasks and scheduling for my clients. I am on site frequently at client sites which I absolutely enjoy getting to know and understand their operations.
What part of your job do you find the most challenging?
This job and working for Cornerstone Diagnostics is truly enjoyable and I really don't feel like anything is super challenging about my work.
What gives you meaning and purpose in your work?
Helping support my clients and making their work lives easier. Plus, seeing them smile and building strong relationships brings me purpose.
